Y axis wont move also the rear fan doesn't t come on

any ideas what the problem is guys ?? i have 2 green light on the x and z in the box but also the rear fan wont come on the other fan on top works fine any one had this problem before ?? HELP ME …

i have to green light in the box but the middle one is off what would this problem be

hi phil the fan is ok now its just that the y axis wont move at all only have two green lights showing but when i move it by hand the middle green light flashes ?? any idea what this might be thanks again james
