Xcarve/easle question- cant get to cut correct

Hello there friends,

im new to this forum so if this is not the correct place then please direct me to correct section.

my project is my logo- i cant seem to get it to show up in easle correctly, even using detailed generation.

i have used the plugin to turn it into a SVG. but it still doesnt show up. Can anyone direct me to where i can read about being able to make this image work? or possibly help me set it up correctly?

I had no problem using Easel’s Image Trace function to import the image. Can you lay out the steps you are following?
