Just got my X-Controller today, however the screws (4) that hold the power supply to the chassis did not come included… should they have been?

Update, new X-Controllers power supply are now supposed to come pre-attached to the chassis. I guess they missed mine.
Trust me I thought the same thing last night when I put it together. They work.
