Good day…While i was carving letters with my X carve from a piece of 6mm MDF the letter broke loose ,got stuck and broke my 6mm bit. Since then the X Axis is not smooth it shudders.Please help
Did you check to make sure everything is still properly tight? ie. v-wheels, belts, etc. I’d also check to see if you x-axis is still square, I find after a good crash mine get jarred a bit.
Sorry i forgot to mention that it moves perfect by hand and if i simulate the work piece it goes fine. It is only when i carve I have tried different depths an speeds
