Vectoring Error?

I am getting this error for everything I try to import:

Vectorizing failed: InvalidSignatureException: Signature expired: 20181217T103442Z is now earlier than 20190101T211917Z (20190101T212417Z - 5 min.). Try re-uploading the image or refreshing your browser.

Any suggestions?

Remember, year just changed DNS may just need a new renewal. Try re-booting your machine.
