Bought a cheap pine round and a lazy Susan base from Lowe’s this is what I came up with last night. First time in about 6 months cleaned the shop and fired up the x-carve.
Wow!
Dang! That turned out awesome!
Thanks!
Well done! That came out great.
Wow, how did you do the graphics? Looks great!
The skull and the border are vectors from a google search , the texture is done with the aspire texture tool.
Awesome
Is the finish a gray or blue wash?
It’s a bright teal dry brushed, on top of flat black krylon then weathered with 400 grit and a top coat of minwax walnut stain.
Very nice job of getting the round flat so you could do the v-carve. I have used those rounds in the past and they are not all that level or flat. Nice job!
Halloweenie! Great idea and work.
Very cool. The finish is very fitting of that project. Well done.
Thanks!
This is really going to turn some heads! Nice job!
Lol that was awesome !
Looks awesome! Call me stupid but what is an aspire texture tool?
In the cam program aspire there’s a texture tool.
That’s too cool! Very nice job.
Thank you!
