I’ve been having this trouble for a bit, and I’m hoping someone can help point me where I might figure it out. When each letter is done, it leaves little scraps attached in the letters. Any ideas?
It’s not in the bottom, It’s on the angled edges. I tried uploading a photo however, It’s not letting me.
Can you try another photo maybe using the snipping tool?
Can you tell us the bits you are using?
Like manufacture etc.
Also if you have fuzzy edges those can be cleaned up using a down cut bit that comes close to the edge to cut those or do what some here have suggested is use a Vbit that skims the edges. You will have to experiment.
The other thing is you can use a diamond coated bit to run around the edges.
Depends on what the issue is and a picture is worth 1000 words.
