Tool storage

I keep meaning to finally cut my X-Carve tool storage “shelf” but could never decide on what I wanted on it or not.

Anyway, was in my local DIY store the other day and they had these metal storage cases with foam inner and removable storage boxes on a clearance special.

Perfect for keeping my everyday bits, clamps, collets etc. right next to the machine but can just close the lid while cutting to keep it all chip free.

(If you’re in the UK, was in B&Q for £20).

Hi Ian,

Thanks for the heads up. I live in the UK and am having difficulty in sourcing router bits for the DeWalt D2600 router. Do you have any suggestions or suppliers at all?
