SVG Importing "Filling In"

So, I created a piece of custom text in Corel Draw (with a custom font).
Looks perfect there… Checked with Inkscape, looks perfect there

When I import into Easel, the “insides” of the O and A are filled in, and thus would be cut out… which I don’t want.

The inside of the O and A are not showing up as selectable objects, and it looks like Easel is correctly seeing the shapes as they are supposed to… Any ideas?

Try zooming in real close in mode edit mode and see if there is a double line this can be done in easel. If there is you can delete the extra line. Make a copy first. You will need to determine which line to delete
