After playing with Carbide Copper for a while I found a mention on the Carbide forums that it is a re-vamped version of Rapid PCB to GCode.
This version has a couple of advantages over Carbide Copper in that it outputs separate files for milling, drilling and cut out and it has an offset function so you can put your board where you want it in the work area.
The G Code still needs manual cleanup to work with Easel but that is not difficult with a text editor.
I stuffed up a couple of pads while trying to manually re-drill some holes so I just made a new one which turned out pretty good.
An abbreviated, noisy, out of focus video of the process is here: - YouTube
