Just printing the first few carves on a newly built tool. I was curious if others are seeing the stepper motors operating at about 105 degrees Fahrenheit. They fluctuate a bit, from 99 to (so far) seems to be max 105. Just wanted to make sure I don’t have something too tight and stressing the motors.

Nope. You’re good. Normal operating is around that. Most steppers have a 60C to 80C max temp and you’re sitting around 40C.

Most steppers have a max service temp of 175degF (or about 80degC as Justin specify)
They tolerate quite a bit, far more than our fingers touching them
