We are sorry about this problem. We released some behind-the-scenes changes to Easel last night/this morning to support an upcoming feature, and it unfortunately introduced this issue. The issue has been fixed and the copy feature is working properly again. I apologize for the difficulty this caused for your work.
Yeah, I was wondering about that. When I try to copy a project it doesn’t copy it and the next time I open my easel there is like 4-5 copies of the project, this goes back like 2 weeks or so!
We will investigate the reports that copy is still not working for some. The issue we identified and fixed was definitely introduced last Thursday night, but there might be another issue that we are not aware of.
There was an error with certain browsers preventing the tab with the copied project from opening. The issue was fixed in a recent update. Please let us know if you’re still having problems copying projects.
