Here is a picture of my first sign which almost worked perfectly.

The small notch on the left represents where the bit broke. :frowning:

I blame myself for not comparing the overall cutting depth of the 1/16 bit I was using, compared to the overall thickness of the material being cut.

I guess I now have an excuse to buy more bits. :smile:
