Sketch up to svg

Just wondering why my sketch up svg images get all faces grouped together. An example of this is a square with a circle in the middle exported to easel groups the two shapes together so you can’t change the square to say an out line and the and the circle to fill. Don’t know know if there is a way to change this but I know when exported to maker, it separates the two shapes

It seems to have something to do with how your SVG file is formatted.
Using inscape, which saves it’s files in svg format. I was able to import all the curves as a single document, single layer, and sill have each element be individually selectable and adjustable.
So you may want to play with the export setting of whatever program / plugin you are using to create your SVG file.
