Set Shape to Specific Angle

I’m laying out some dadoes to be cut in a circle, kind of in a spoke pattern. I need to set them at specific angles from the center out. I couldn’t find any place to set the object’s angle. Is this an option available in Easel? If not, it would be a good option to add.

This. Also, adding a keyboard modifier to rotate in steps.
