Get in touch with customer service. The one with that dent looks completely unusable.
What did the shipping packaging look like? Was damage evident when you received it?

Just looked at the box and it lines up with the gantry:frowning:

Yup looks like possible shipping damage.
Get in touch with CS by phone. They have always made things like this right at hyper velocity
