Radial (polar) Array 2.0

I watched @ShaneBell tutorial on how to do an polar (radial) array and it got me thinking of a better way, I have doing this in Inkscape for a long time and thought I would try it in Easel.

I use an old version of Camstudio-Recorder I got along time ago, I tried the new version but the file had virus with it and do not know if its been fixed

Shane, how do you embed videos in the forum? I have tried and can’t get it to work

I just cut and paste the link from the address bar into the dialogue box.
