Quick HDPE sign

I made this yesterday for may daughter’s room. Black and yellow because, you know, the bee.

I used a 3 flute straight bit to minimize the HDPE fuzzies, but it was still kind of a beast to clean up! Designed in Vcarve, two stage roughing/finishing process. Comments welcome.

Yeah, HDPE is a pain to machine without fuzzies. Try acetal (delrin) and a downspiral bit. :slight_smile:

looks really good I would try a straight 2 flute bit I have had good luck with that on HDPE
