Putting a face in an oval

Could someone help me figure out how to put a line drawing in a piece of oval wood. I’m sure that it’s easy but I can’t seem to figure it out.

Square it off with tape and then take your material measurements.

You set the zero to be the center of the material.

If you are using Easel you have to shift your work down and over so that it is centered over the zero point. This will look weird as it shifts if off the normal grid.

If you are using VCarve you change the zero to be at the center point in the material properties.

On your material mark the center with a pencil, drawing a couple of lines on along the center of each edge. Line up the bit to the center mark and you are good to go.
