Project won't open past 96%

I found what looks like some cool hold down clamps but for the life of me, I can’t get it to load past 96%. Can anyone confirm?

Seems to actually be a bug in easel or my computer. I tried opening another project file and the same 96% load.

Same for me, it won’t load past 96%. I would try to re-copy that project from the original file. I don’t remember where it was.
