Hi all,

I was sent this project to carve for a friend.

I am a little confused on how to ultimately set this up in Easel to carve correctly. The lighter design inside should be carved as a fill, about 1.75 inches deep. The outer darker line is where the project needs to be a through a cut.

Is there anyone who can help me figure out how to set this up properly? I imported the file initially as a dfx file.

You need to make the “dice channel” all one shape so that you can set it to a fill cut. You can try using the pen tool in Easel, or change things and re-import your *.dxf file.
