if any one could do me a huge favor im trying to do a waste board to line up with the holes on the wasteboard that came with the machine but having a hard time trying to design it in easel its so simple but so hard in easel i dont have a design program on my computer to make it and just transfer to easel all i want is .25 in holes centered and spaced 75mm equal on all sides and to fill a 30x30 inch space will look like the little grid i made below any help would be appreciated

That file you shared do have 75mm CC-spacing, is your machine properly calibrated for steps/mm?
