Need to setup machine everytime

Hi guys
Any of you having to setup x carve everytime on the computer? I didn’t have any problems with this before but I recently reinstalled my OS and now I need to set up the machine everytime I turn on the computer. PLZ HELP!

Check your browsers cookie settings. They need to be enabled.

Make sure that your browser does not clear the cache.

Has anyone resolved this?
The suggestions made above do not resolve this issue?
I use Chrome and I’m wondering if anyone else sees this issue on other browsers as well.
