Need a quick answer. z axis bearing part#?

The bearing for the acme rod on the z axis is warn out. I am not sure which one to order. could someone point me in the right direction.

The only flanged bearing mentioned in the X-Carve assembly instructions is 30169-01Flanged Bearing 8mm

F608 ZZ has metal shields
A F608-2RS would have 2 rubber seals. Might be better for keeping dust out.
