Actually i don’t know what happened.
is there a limitation on file size using UGS? I sent a job to UGS it had about 70,000 lines. It actually messed up on the first cut by dragging a line across the material (see picture). I decided to let it run anyway to check how well the design turned out. It ended after about 40,000 lines and went to zero and stopped.
not sure where to fix this.
Any ideas?
You’re using an old version of UGS (1.0.7). I’ve heard many reports of earlier versions not handling larger gcode files. I’ve been keeping up with the v2.0 nightly updates which are running well. I ran a file yesterday that has 290,000 lines with no issues at all.

In the start-windows.bat you can change the 1024 to 2048 for memory size
