Inkscape 0.91 import svg to Easel Scale Off

I am importing an SVG mostly circles right now to Easel from Inkscape version 0.91. I have set my defaults to inches on the page. When I import a 6 inch circle I am getting 5.953 inches instead of 6 inches. Same goes for all other item that get imported, they are all off.

Not sure what is going on seen other forum discussion but no answer.

Check your pen size

When designing in Inkscape you should be using out lie mode
