Is there a way to import ( .dxf, .stl, .jgs, .step, or .xml ) files in to Easel?

There are about 20 threads on this forum dedicated to importing files (probably just search on “import” or “inkscape”). The easiest is a DXF, which can be converted to SVG in the free program Inkscape, which can then be imported into Easel (make sure your drawing is “clean” first or you’ll get an error). STL files need some additional steps with programs that can handle mesh before being brought in. I’m not familiar with the others.
