How To Make A Repeating Hex Like A Honeycomb?

Hi I am trying to figure out How To Make A Repeating Hex Like A Honeycomb? I would like to Fill the entire Larger hex with smaller hexes, but cannot find an easy way to get them to line up.
Here is what I have so far:

I would recommend doing that in Inkscape or a solid modeling program.

Have you tried the Honeycomb generator app in easel?
