Horse motif on license plate covers in acrylic

I am planning on making these license plate covers for my nieces who are old enough to drive. Using Easel pro, how well would they cut with a protective coat still on the acrylic? I want to fill in the horse carvings with pigmented epoxy or paint, and want to keep a nice clean surface until I have completed all work on them.

DOES the acrylic sold through Inventables have a protective film on it?

You need to share your project publicly in order for people to be able to open it. And yes, the acrylic that they sell has a film on it. I bought the cast acrylic. I still haven’t cut it so I wouldn’t know how good it is to cut.
