When I try to home the machine in Picsender I get a message --setting disabled, how do I fix this please

Do you have any issues remaining with grbl?
I do not think so,I have not had time to do much yet , I just cut a circle this morning and that was perfect, I have a screw drive instead of belts which is why the $100 and $101 are 99.250,
