Help with some G-code

Good evening,

I recently submitted a post about a pen holder I would like to create on my X-Carve, but the trouble is, I have no idea about 3D modelling as I’m completely new to it.

I wondered if anyone would be able to help with creating the G-code for me, or am I being nieve in thinking how difficult this actually is, even to an experienced CAD/CAM user?
