My wife wants me to make this thing on pinterest but im unsure how to get the cut to where the states are in the correct scale. Anyone help me with this? Im just not trying to have rhode island the size of texas, etc.

Did you try Googling a blank us map with just the lines of the states. Download it size it to what you want and cut

Google image search for “US States filetype:SVG”

Then use Inkscape to edit it.

It can be hit or miss on Etsy but for $4.70 not a bad way to go
