Help, failed cutting

Attached is 2 images. The first is the image as designed in Easel. The second is the final product after carving it out. For the life of me, I can not figure out why there is a vertical line in the middle of it and it did NOT cut the holes on the far right.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you
Dave

did you design that in Easel or some other program?

Yes I designed it in easel.

Did the holes go all the way thru or just a partial depth? when doing a multiple part layout and having a bunch of pieces that are turned to zero to be ignored it is easy to miss something once in a while…

The holes are all set to a depth of 1/8in.

It probably did not cut all the holes due to their size. If you try to cut a hole that is not larger than the diameter of the bit, Easel will just ignore it.

For example if you are using a bit with diameter of .125 inches the hole would need to be at least .13 inches in diameter.

Make the holes a little larger or use a smaller bit and try again.
