I ran across this video from Adafruit, and their application of Fusion 360 sheet metal to make custom cardboard boxes. For some of us that ship products, this could be very useful. I’m curious if there had been any consensus on a decent drag knife, or what would be the best tool for cutting chipboard.
chipboard is a timber product (at least here in Aus) so need a router bit to cut.
drag knives are good for vinyl, paper but from my experience years ago not for cardboard especially packaging cardboard - the knife would ride up and not cut all the way through and would need a decent amount of weight as well.
I would try a real thin cutter and half depth for the folds and full depth on the through cut. You could even have a layer of thin Styrofoam as your waste board so then you can cut faster without the risk of breaking the cutter for the full cuts.
The chipboard that is referenced in the video is like a thin cardboard and not OSB.
