Finally got it together! I calibrated the steppers, squared the frame and the router. I didn’t skim the wasteboard but I should.
I ran a calibration test cut from @RobertA_Rieke last night and I think it came out pretty darn good for the most part.
I’m slightly concerned about the outside edges not being square, but not sure what to do about it. Thought it might be from bit deflection? The lens exaggerated things a bit. It’s not as bad as it looks but still there.
Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions?
