Let me start by saying this is not the ultimate solution, but it does work and can give you a good starting point.

First down load G-Code Ripper from Scorch Works

Export your G-Code from easel

Load into G-Code Ripper (use all files) and export it as DXF and load into Inkscape or illustrator and clean it up.

Also be sure to uncheck the toolpaths box when exporting.

I also found out in Easel before you export set all parts to outline and set the depth of cut so that it can be cut in one pass or else the DXF will have stacked lines for every pass it would have made
