Use Sculpt Workspace
I havent used fusion360 but any other CAD program i would create a block to represent the wood then create a bunch of angled planes that intersect followed by some cut/trim steps where they intersect.
OK. Can you go into any detail about this? My experience with sculpt so far has only been with curved/smooth surfaces.
This seems like something a solid-modeler would not be good for. You would want a surface modeling app.
I think maybe the ‘Crease’ command might be of use to you.
