Finding center question

does the Z probe just find Z height or can it also find center of the work piece? Id like to set up the X carve to use center of work piece instead of using the bottom left corner as home? is this possible?

Hi
The easyest would be to bring out a ruler and mark the center. Then jog your machine to the Mark and home it there.

The Triquetra Tool Box will generate zeroing gcode that will zero all three axis to any location you choose. Front left, Front right, or any other offset. Here is a screen shot of one of the generation pages.
