It should be do-able as long as you take the 3-axis limitations into account and use a software that can import .STL files. I would start here:

You would expect some damage after a nuclear war… You are going to “age” it anyway. Some damage is good… I’d go with any mistakes as part of the prop.

What size is that bit?
Why not use a router to do the rounded edge?
That way you can have a nice clean edge and use the machine to do the rest.
