Hi I have tried on several occasions over the past week to reply to an email from Samantha and each time i reply it bounces back to me. I desperately need to be in touch as this x-carve i have has died horribly on me and is no more than an ornament at the moment. I would appreciate if someone from the customer service team would contact me and possibly unblock my email.
