In the past I have successfully uploaded G-code to Easel which have been produced by F-Engrave and has a “.ngc” format. Now though I am no longer able to do this. I am using a Mac, and have tried both Safari and Chrome. After clicking “Choose File” I cannot select the .ngc files to upload.
Has Easel been changed to restrict the types of G-code that can be uploaded?
How can I get around this?
Thanks
Easel instructs the browser to accept .nc
and .gcode
files. This has not recently changed, but it’s possible the browser you are using changed. Renaming the extension on the file to .nc
should fix the issue.

Thank you that does fix the issue, it is strange that Mac has changed to reject .ngc
