DXF to SVG conversion

I have problem to convert DXF into SVG, when importing it to Easel it’s just some mm long (appr. 1/4") or in one occasion 210 mm when original size is appr. 650 mm. Besides it is corrupted, some lines are not in the right places.

Have tried to do the conversion in LibreCAD, Inkscape and on www.dxfconverter.org - same problem.

I can’t just scale it as it is a complexe design with small tolerances.

After spending a work day trying to solve it I realized there was something weird with the original DXF. Can’t really see any fault in the file (all settings correct, opens up without warnings in any CAD program) but fixed a new - works perfect.
