I have purchased a X.carve 1000 mm recently thru Robosavvy
in England
The instruction on your website does not match my parts
for the drag chain.
Please send me the real instruction

I bought mine there too on 1st january. I didnt get any problem with drag chain. Please explain more your problem or post a picture
