Every time I get to this screen in the process of carving, I wonder if the actual options matter, or does just the bit diameter matter. For example, here I used a 1/8 2-flute downcut … Does the software or metrics/logs do anything differently or what not if I were to select the photo of the 1/8 bit, even though it’s only options are uncut or straight cut?
I always just go the safe route and use the box at the bottom to put in a custom width
