Which bit did you use?
It’s a sign product so any sign shop should be able to sell it to you. It goes by many names (Max Metal, Poly-Metal, ACM, etc.). It is actually a polyethylene core.
I used a 60 degree vbit…just deep enough to expose the Polyethylene core.
