Dear carvers,
I Am in the middle of assembly of the new version xcarve. All is going fine, but I found that 2 of the wheels are defect and turn very poorly, when assembled they dont turn at all.
(I did not tighten them to hard)
What can I do? Any tips? (I bought the machine at robosavvy)
I found with mine the spacers in between the bearings were the wrong size. I pulled them apart and used an m5 washer. This fixed the problem for me. Some users have had the spacers too thick. They swapped theirs for .032" fiber washers
THANK you very much! I Pulled them apart and there are no (!) spacers put one In and that solved it…
