One name, John Hayes! I’ve had my Shapeoko 2 for a little while now. Whenever I had an issue and needed help with my machine, from milling bits and materials, potentiometer settings to Grbl, John Hayes over at Inventables provided the best customer service, ever. Fast, efficient, and effective! Because of the excellent, down to earth service experience provided by John Hayes, I will definitely be purchasing an X-Carve to work aside of my Shapeoko 2!! Keep up the great work Inventables, finally a company that actually cares about the “customers success”!
