Made some Cornhole boards as a new project/video.
Everything is to “regulation” spec, and as with every project I build or design I provide all of the files (CAD, vectors, technical drawings, etc.) for free on my website chopbangbuzz.com.
Here is the video from my youtube channel of the build. It shows a lot of steps on how to build it without a CNC machine which using a CNC router would save a LOT of time/effort in doing. I actually did one by hand the hard way for the video, and the second using my CNC machine.
Check it out (and subscribe if you’re into project videos like this):
Here they are finished… I probably could have done a better/more complex paint job in retrospect. Maybe next time! But nothing wrong with red vs blue
Here is the comparison with an old set I bought on amazon a while back… turns out the online stuff is often not to “official” sizes, who knew?
Here’s the CAD work, very basic stuff.
Including all of the hardware details:
Vectors are supplied! However, keep in mind that cornhole is a 4 foot long board, so on an x-carve you may have to tile the job.
If you want the files, they are free on the website here:
