Hi all. I want to cut out a few amplifier chassis out of 2mm aluminium. I’m thinking to do this in a shallow coolant bath:
- to contain/catch swarf
- to keep the bit cool
- to prevent the bit from clogging
Good idea? Bad idea?
Not really required 
But a cutting fluid will help.
With this sheet stock try masking tape and superglue and you should be good to go.
