Can we carve 500m wasteboard on 1000mm X carve?

Hi, I am new to CNC world. I would like to know can we use X carve 1000mm to carve waste boards for 500mm machine. If yes, could any one please help me with the files which will be required to start carving 500mm board.

Well, looking at the picture here: X-Carve | Affordable CNC Machine | 3D Carving Machine | Inventables I’d say it should be easy. As far as dimensions are concerned usually the specs are provided on the product page.
